The MyIQ Health team brings decades of hospital capacity planning expertise. Our leadership team built and scaled one of the first dedicated capacity planning platforms in the Commonwealth, growing it from a New Zealand startup to a multi-country operation serving hospitals across four countries -- before it was acquired by a Fortune 8 healthcare technology corporation.

That deep domain expertise -- years of hands-on hospital implementations, capacity modelling, and clinical workflow understanding across New Zealand, Australia, and Canada -- is now built directly into the MyIQ Health platform.

In 2016, 2IQ Limited was founded to build the MyIQ data intelligence platform, now deployed across 1,000+ sites. MyIQ Health applies this proven infrastructure to healthcare -- combining the team's capacity planning domain expertise with modern AI-first architecture.

Strategic Partnerships

Our strategic partnership with HealthStream combines 25+ years of healthcare capacity planning knowledge with our AI-first technology platform. This combination delivers both deep domain expertise and technical excellence.

In 2025, 2IQ partnered with Anthropic to embed Claude-powered conversational AI across the platform. The Ask MyIQ Health feature uses Claude as an agentic orchestration layer, enabling planners to interact with capacity data through natural language conversation.
